Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Solutions90 (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use Bimial at bimial.com. It covers business customers who create an account and, where a customer connects messaging channels, the people who message or call that customer.
1. Who we are
Bimial is a voice and messaging product operated by Solutions90. Contact: support@bimial.com. Company site: www.solutions90.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account. Email, name, password or single sign-on identifiers, billing details, and workspace settings.
- Agent configuration. Company name, greetings, FAQs, phone numbers, tools, and other content you paste into Bimial.
- Calls and messages. Audio, transcripts, timestamps, phone numbers or WhatsApp IDs, and usage logs needed to run and bill the service.
- Integrations. Tokens and IDs you authorize, including WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID, business phone number ID, display number, and access tokens after you connect WhatsApp.
- Technical. IP address, browser, device, cookies needed to keep you signed in, and diagnostic logs.
3. WhatsApp and Meta
If you connect WhatsApp, Meta shares with us the WhatsApp assets you authorize (typically WABA, business phone number, and a business token). We use the WhatsApp Cloud API to send and receive messages, receive call events, and manage settings you turn on in Bimial (for example inbound calling).
We process WhatsApp messages and calls only to provide the service you configured (AI replies, transcripts, routing, and calling). We do not use your customers’ WhatsApp content to train public models, and we do not sell it.
Meta also processes data under its own terms when you use WhatsApp. You must comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta platform policies.
4. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the product
- Run AI voice and chat on the knowledge and tools you configure
- Send and receive WhatsApp messages and calls on your behalf after you connect
- Bill usage, prevent abuse, and comply with law
- Respond to support requests
5. Who we share with
We share information with processors who help us run the service, including:
- Hosting and database providers
- AI / speech providers that generate replies or transcribe audio
- Meta, when you use WhatsApp Cloud API
- Payment processors for billing
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Bimial, our users, or the public. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We keep account and configuration data while your workspace is active. Call and message logs are kept so you can review usage and transcripts, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed or when you request deletion as described in our User data deletion page. Integration tokens are removed when you disconnect that integration.
7. Your choices
- Update or delete agent content in the dashboard
- Disconnect WhatsApp under Settings → Integrations (this removes our stored WhatsApp token and stops new Cloud API traffic through Bimial)
- Request account or data deletion using the data deletion instructions
If you are in a region with data-protection rights (access, correction, deletion, objection), email support@bimial.com. We may need to verify the request came from the account holder.
8. Children
Bimial is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
